Integrated Concepts & Research Corporation (ICRC), a subsidiary of VSE Corporation, was founded in 1988 as ICRC Energy, Inc. for the purpose of developing waste-to-energy facilities. After successful development of two such facilities in Pascagoula, Mississippi and Sitka, Alaska, Koniag, Inc., one of Alaska’s thirteen regional native corporations, acquired the company in 1994. ICRC was acquired by VSE in May 2007, and today, is a diversified management, construction and technical services firm offering expertise in the infrastructure, transportation, facilities, utilities and aerospace industries. The ICRC Corporate office is located in Alexandria, Virginia. Additional permanent offices are located in Anchorage, Alaska, Huntsville, Alabama and Tamuning, Guam.
