Program Management
Overseeing an infrastructure development project requires a program management team that can plan and execute large, multi-faceted projects in a streamlined fashion. ICRC’s breadth of program management experience makes it exceptionally qualified to lead such an effort. The management services performed by ICRC in support of infrastructure development projects include:
ICRC was selected to provide program management and technical services for the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Port of Anchorage Intermodal Expansion Project. This $375 million project includes the:

Creation of 135 acres of new land through tidal fill activities

Construction of more than 8,800 feet of new waterfront wharf

Design, reconfiguration and construction of backlands operations

Development of an intermodal rail yard to facilitate a train-sea shipping interchange
ICRC’s responsibilities for the project range from program oversight, planning, cost estimating, and scheduling to environmental permitting, materials procurement, and construction planning and management.
