HUNTSVILLE, AL – September 26, 2005 – Integrated Concepts & Research Corporation (ICRC), a diversified technical and management services company, announced today it is part of the team of contractors recently awarded NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) Engineering, Science and Technical Services (ESTS) contract.

Through this contract, ICRC will provide a wide range of engineering and technical services at MSFC, including materials and components testing and analysis. ICRC’s work will directly support the Space Shuttle, the International Space Station, and other space craft operations.

Jacobs Sverdrup, a provider of advanced technology engineering services, is the lead company for the contract. The contract’s performance period begins on October 15, 2005 and consists of a one-year base period and four one-year options. The approximate total value of the contract for ICRC is $6 million.

ICRC has supported space programs at MSFC since 2002 through a predecessor contract. It received 100% performance ratings during each year of the previous contract.

“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to continue and expand our work at MSFC,” said Dave Sadlowski, vice president of aerospace services for ICRC. “We are proud of our past performance and our ongoing contributions to NASA programs, including the recent Return to Flight operation for the Space Shuttle Discovery.”

“I am honored that the government continues to have confidence in our team’s ability to support MSFC,” said Lon Miller, Jacobs Sverdrup general manager. “Over the last four years, ICRC has become a valued member of our MSFC team.
